Blanson Capabilities

Blanson has extensive in-house capabilities and expertise in engineering and manufacturing with acrylic. Our quality controlled processes extend from raw material handling, casting, curing, CNC machining, heat treatment, polishing and inspection. This also incorporates our in-house material testing facility.

Sizes depend on product forms but typical manufacturing capability limits are:

• Internal cylinder diameters from 70mm up to 3000mm
• Tube lengths up to 2300mm
• Wall thickness up to 400mm
• Hemisphere diameter up to 2500mm
